Maine Beer Co Featured at The Whale
The Whale :: A Craft Beer Collective is proud to present a very classy night with Maine Beer Co., featuring a tap takeover including some of Maine’s most highly regarded beers and a Maine-inspired menu from Lobster Dogs food truck on Thursday, November 14th.
Renowned for groundbreaking IPAs such as Lunch and Dinner, Maine Beer Co. has historically had extremely limited distribution in North Carolina, making this one an event to remember.
“Maine has always been one of our favorite northeastern breweries, so we’re really excited to be pouring these awesome kegs,” says Whale co-owner Andrew Ross. “And what better way could there possibly be to celebrate all things Maine than having a lobster roll with a pour of Dinner? The opportunity was too perfect, we couldn’t pass it up.”
Maine Beer and Lobster Rolls
The draft list includes notable Maine Beer offerings such as Dinner Imperial IPA, Fall Stout, Red Wheelbarrow Amber, and Mean Old Tom Stout on nitro, all of which will be pouring throughout the day from 2-10 p.m. Lobster Dogs will be serving classic Maine lobster rolls from 5-9 p.m., alongside shrimp rolls, crab rolls, and their distinctive stuffed avocados.
Like the fleeting fall colors of the Maine countryside, the sexiness will not last long — so make like a tree and get out to The Whale before it’s all gone.
